CNBC has more proof that business documentaries will fly in primetime: Wednesday’s premiere of “Inside American Airlines’ averaged 178,000 viewers in the 25-54 demo from 9 to 11pm, up 212 percent versus the time period’s quarter-to-date average. The numbers haven’t been that high for CNBC since “the eBay Effect” in June.
