27 Days Weren’t Enough: Woodruff Thought His Gig With Vargas “Was Working Well”

Bob Woodruff was on Larry King Live last night:

KING: Do you want to anchor again? WOODRUFF: Yeah, I would like to anchor. KING: You just made an anchor, right? WOODRUFF: I made it for 27 days.

Woodruff said this co-anchor arrangement with Elizabeth Vargas “looked like it was going to work out.”

He added: “That combination was working well.”
