Winter Hiatus Season Is the Worst

While the holidays are supposed to be merry and bright, it also means that there is nothing at all to watch on television. Sure, there will be some presidential debates and The Wiz, live on NBC  will keep Twitter busy for a few hours. But that just doesn’t cut it. It’s lonely out there. There’s always the possibility of catching up on shows you were too busy to watch during the season or starting something new like Amazon’s Man in the High Castle.

That doesn’t mean fans of the most popular shows aren’t despairing:

While everyone will survive the television badlands of December and January, no one said it would be easy.
