Strong quarter for Univision and its website

We keep pointing to the Hispanic market as a very strong growth sector in television and radio right now. The second quarter earnings releases prove it again. Univision had a 25% increase in net revenues over the same quarter in 2005. Much of that was due to the World Cup, but excluding that incremental revenue, growth was still at 8%. Univision.com had its best traffic numbers ever. Ad money is sinking all across the TV charts – except in Hispanic television, where it is rising quickly.
