Travel Channel and Discovery+ doubling down on paranormal and horror content.

As the self-described “superior creators of this genre,” the streaming service and linear network have announced a full slate of new series, specials and seasons of the most “terrifying television with the buzziest and most prolific talent in the business.”

“Travel Channel and discovery+ have tapped into what paranormal and horror fans love the most – a huge slate of brand-new content from some of their favorite stars of the genre,” said Matthew Butler, group svp of the Travel Channel and paranormal streaming content, in a statement. “Our fans are true believers, and they can’t get enough of this type of entertainment that brings the chills and thrills, whether it’s on television or streaming into their homes.”

Ghost Adventures returns with paranormal investigators Zak Bagans, Aaron Goodwin, Billy Tolley, and Jay Wasley for more horrific lockdowns. The singer Kesha joins some of her renowned friends on a personal adventure to uncover the unknown in a new exclusive series for discovery+ called Conjuring Kesha. Jack Osbourne and the Ghost Brothers return for round two of Fright Club, bringing the weirdest paranormal videos they can locate to heighten the chills and cheers. And Osbourne’s Night Of Terror includes two new episodes: first, Osbourne and his friend Jason Mewes search for the elusive Bigfoot and then Mewes and Jamie Kennedy search for UFOs.

The ultimate Halloween party returns with the fifth annual Ghostober programming event, which features terrifying premieres every night of the week for the entire month of October. From Bagans and the Ghost Adventures crew in their annual Halloween special and new, surprising editions of discovery+’s Shock Docs franchise to new seasons of Ghost Brothers: Lights Out, Destination Fear and Ghost Hunters with Jason Hawes, Steve Gonsalves, Dave Tango and Shari DeBenedetti, all the stars of the paranormal collide in one monstrous month of mayhem.

Finally, the thrills will last through 2022-2023, with more fan favorites returning. In a new season of The Dead Files, former NYPD homicide investigator Steve DiSchiavi and physical medium Amy Allan are back on the paranormal case. In the second season of Eli Roth Presents: A Ghost Ruined My Life, real-life hauntings are narrated by the master of horror. In the second season of The Haunted Museum, Eli Roth and Bagans reunite. In season four of Expedition Bigfoot, the team is back in the field looking for everyone’s favorite cryptid.

Podcasts such as Urban Legends With The Ghost Brothers and a companion show to the hit series A Ghost Ruined My Life With Eli Roth are also popular among genre fans. The Dead Files, Mysteries At The Museum, and The Alaska Triangle are among the upcoming companion podcasts.
