After a three-week reign, Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer story relinquished its No. 1 ranking to The Watcher, according to Netflix Top 10 list for the week of October 10.
An ensemble drama from Ryan Murphy co-starring Naomi Watts, Bobby Cannavale, and Jennifer Coolidge, The Watcher pulled in 125.01 million hours viewed as the most streamed English-language tv series in its debut week and was on the Top 10 list in 90 countries. Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story slipped to second place with 122.78 million hours viewed. In third place, the horror series The Midnight Club: Season 1 took the No. 3 spot with 49.87 million hours viewed, followed by Conversations with a Killer: The Jeffrey Dahmer Tapes: Limited series with 27.71 million hours viewed and in fifth place, Dynasty: Season 5 with 18.23 million hours viewed.
The Luckiest Girl Alive, starring Mila Kunis, was the most streamed English-language movie with 57.01 million hours viewed, The Curse of Bridge Hollow had 25.12 million hours viewed, Blackout was streamed for 21.09 million hours viewed, Mr. Harrigan’s Phone had 20.08 million hours viewed and in fifth place Sing attracted 12.31 million hours viewed.
In non-English programming, High Water: Season 1 was the most streamed tv series with 31.04 million hours viewed, followed by The Empress: Season 1 with 28.08 million hours viewed, and in third place, Little Women: Season 1 had 24.99 million hours viewed.
Someone Borrowed was the most streamed non-English film with 27.38 million hours viewed, Old People came in second place with 13.48 million hours viewed and in third place, Togo was streamed for 6.79 million hours.
