Clark County, Washington’s The Columbian has launched real-time news streams, posting news, politics, sports, public records and social conversations as they happen. Writes the site:
“News content about Clark County comes from several hundred content sources, including government databases, neighborhood church and school websites, local news sources, blogs and postings by Twitter users in Clark County. Political news content comes not only from local and regional news sources, but also from national political blogs and other sources that write about Washington’s Third District.”
The Columbian newspaper has published in one form or another since 1890.
