More girl power is coming to The Boys.

Prime Video announced that actresses Susan Heyward (Orange Is the New Black) and Valorie Curry (The Following) will join the dark superhero series for Season 4. Also, actor Cameron Crovetti has been promoted to series regular.

Heyward and Curry will play Sister Sage and Firecracker, respectively. Showrunner Eric Kripke shared on Twitter: “These new Supes are some of the best & craziest I’ve ever written for The Boys. You are going to love them. And by love, I mean be absolutely horrified & a tiny bit nauseous. WELCOME TO THE FAMILY YOU GUYS.”

Crovetti, who made his first appearance in Season 1 as Ryan Butcher, was revealed to be the son of Homelander, the psychopathic leader of The Seven. Ryan n0t only inherited his father’s superpowers but judging by the Season 3 finale, perhaps his villainous ways as well.

In an interview with TV Line, Kripke hinted that Season 4 would be setting up a battle for the troubled teen’s soul. “If Ryan turns into another little sociopathic Homelander, that’s apocalyptic. But on the other hand, if Billy Butcher can pull him away from that, then you might have the only person who can actually fight Homelander.”
