Government was a big winner last night, with the State of the Union topping the Nielsen Twitter ratings in the number one spot and “Parks and Recreation” in third. In between, “Pretty Little Liars” came in second. The CW continues to kill it on social with “The Flash” and “Supernatural” rounding out the evening.
