The return of “Parks and Recreation” for its final season topped the Nielsen Twitter ratings last night. The best thing on TV last night? Probably 2 Chainz schooling “Nancy Grace” on the benefits of marijuana legalization, which worked its way to the third spot, just behind “Pretty Little Liars.”
“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and “Marvel’s Agent Carter” rounded out the evening.
