Outside of the two-to-three slots built into Thursday night’s top 5 for Shondaland, ‘American Idol,’ ‘The Vampire Diaries,’ and ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ comprised the rest of the list. Kimmel rarely makes the list, but all of that changes when President Obama is a guest. Obama was game for a round of Kimmel’s signature ‘Mean Tweets,’ and the video will continue to rack up views for the rest of the weekend (also a great social TV win for Twitter).
