Showtime has released its slate of programming for February.
New content includes Murder in Big Horn February 3. The limited docuseries investigates the disappearances of numerous young indigenous women and girls from the Crow and Northern Cheyenne Nations. With little assistance from local law enforcement, families of these missing indigenous women are often left with more questions than answers in phenomenon that would lead to nationwide news had they not occurred on Native land.
Season 8 of The Circus, which premieres on Friday, February 26, examines what may be a tumultuous two years for President Joe Biden as he braces for a litany of GOP-led investigations following Republicans’ takeover, albeit slim, of The House of Representatives. With former Vice President Mike Pence added to the exhaustive list of entities who have allegedly mishandled classified documents alongside Biden and former President Trump, at this point, even Showtime is double checking its filing cabinets.
