Last night, Arrow topped the Nielsen Social ratings with 66,000 tweets seen by 1,362,000. Kocktails with Khloe on FYI was in the fourth spot with 19,000 tweets. American Idol, Criminal Minds, and Supernatural rounded out the evening.
