Offline Account Optimization Coordinator – Mountain View

This position is based in Mountain View, CA.

Do you enjoy helping customers get the most out of their offline
advertising efforts? Are you an expert at satisfying your clients by
exceeding their expectations? Use your passion for the internet, and
providing amazing customer service to optimize AdWords advertisers’
offline accounts. The Account Optimization Coordinator will join a
team of dedicated individuals and should be extremely proactive,
efficient, and responsible. The primary responsibility of the Account
Optimization Coordinator is to analyze and optimize offline
advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

* Work collaboratively with your team to improve account
performance for new and existing offline customers.

* Learn and work with Google’s ongoing development of advertiser
products to maximize client campaign results.

* Build relevant, targeted campaigns and create/edit ads for
client advertising campaigns.

* Lead efforts to improve ad relevancy and present improvements
to customers.

Requirements:

* BA/BS degree.

* 2 years client service, offline marketing, or advertising
experience.

* Proven record of successful client interaction and
problem-solving skills.

* Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

* Excellent analytical skills.

* Experience presenting to corporate audiences.
