Yeah, I’m confused by the headline, too. Here’s the deal: The New York Observer is teaming up with a Las Vegas publisher to create Vegas Seven, a free weekly newspaper/magazine about life in Las Vegas.
According to The New York Times, it “will be a weekly publication covering politics, culture, dining and “profiles of well-known figures that frequent the city.” The Observer is a tabloid-formatted weekly, easily recognized by its use of pink-ish paper.
