For a third consecutive week, Wednesday took the No. 1 spot as the most streamed program according to Nielsen’s streaming Top 10 list.
The Netflix supernatural mystery series earned 3.33 billion minutes viewed, losing two billion minutes compared to the previous week. While the top five titles in this interval and the prior accounted for roughly the same volume of viewing, Wednesday’s share went from 60% to 40%, as three additional titles exceeded one billion minutes.
Bullet Train was the most streamed movie of the week with 1.34 billion minutes viewed, followed by Troll with 517 million minutes viewed, and the crime thriller Emily The Criminal came in third place with 440 million minutes viewed.
For HBO Max, the Season 2 finale of The White Lotus boosted viewership by 37% to 752 million minutes viewed. Friends had a 13% increase, bringing it to 737 million minutes viewed. While viewing volume was similar for these titles, Friends saw nearly three times the concentration of Hispanic viewers (32%) vs. The White Lotus.
