Netflix users looking to start their 2023 fitness resolutions (or fend off that Christmas hangover) will be able to stream exercises from Nike.

Nike Training Club features a series of workouts that include progressive workout programs for strength, endurance, yoga and mobility. They also offer nutrition and wellness guidance, and expert tips from Nike Trainers.

Each program has multiple episodes on Netflix, totaling 30 hours of exercise sessions released in two batches and will be available in multiples languages on all Neftlix subscriber plans. Subscribers can search “Nike” on their home page in order to find the collection of workouts. The first batch, released December 30 will includes the following programs:

  1. Kickstart Fitness with the Basics (13 episodes)
  2. Two Weeks to a Stronger Core (7 episodes)
  3. Fall in Love with Vinyasa Yoga (6 episodes)
  4. HIT & Strength with Tara (14 episodes)
  5. Feel-Good Fitness (6 episodes)

Netflix’s partnership with Nike is an expansion of their core content of movies and TV series. In January 2021, they launched Headspace Guide to Meditation series. Each episode focuses on a different benefit – from managing stress to embracing gratitude – and begins by teaching the approach and techniques, then concludes with a guided meditation. Headspace co-founder and former Buddhist monk Andy Puddicombe narrates the eight 20-minute episodes.

This past November, Netflix rolled out its gaming service, available on mobile devices at no additional cost to subscribers. The five mobile games include Stranger Things 1984, Stranger Things 3: The Game, Shooting Hoops, Card Blast and Teeter Up.
