Netflix has renewed the adult animated coming-of-age Big Mouth and its spinoff, Human Resources.
Big Mouth will return for Season 7, and Season 6 will premiere later this year. Human Resources also returns for Season 2.
From real-life best friends Nick Kroll and Andrew Goldberg, Big Mouth is a half-hour edgy adult animated comedy about the magnificent nightmare that is adolescent puberty. Kroll, John Mulaney, Maya Rudolph, Jason Mantzoukas, Jordan Peele, Fred Armisen, Ayo Edebiri and Jessi Klein star in the show.
Human Resources follows Hormone Monsters, Depression Kitties, Shame Wizards and a slew of other creatures that aid people in every stage of life, from adolescence to parenting to the twilight years. Even though the protagonists are monsters, they possess a great deal of humanity. Series regulars include Kroll, Rudolph, Aidy Bryant, Randall Park, Keke Palmer, Brandon Kyle and David Thewlis.
