Facebook and Live Earth Hosting Climate Change Video Panel

Tomorrow, Facebook will hold what’s basically a digital telethon with Telescope, Live Earth, and the agency Listen called “24 Hours of Reality,” live from Paris. In advance of the U.N. summit on climate change at the end of the month. Celebs like Pharrell will he hosting, via Facebook live and asking viewers to submit video questions.

The top handful of questions will be thrown to a panel of influencers, including Vice President Al Gore starting Friday at 1 p.m. PT and conclude on Saturday. A spokesperson for the event says:

The digital summit is a great example of how social media, technology, and a-list talent can combine forces to provide the general public new ways to have their voices heard —providing an exclusive opportunity for fans to provide personal, direct, and thoughtful dialogue with thought leaders around a hot-button topic.
