Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story was the most streamed program for the week of October 3, according to the Nielsen Streaming Top 10 list, marking three consecutive weeks at No. 1.
The Ryan Murphy-produced Netflix drama pulled in 2.34 billion viewing minutes that week, down 46% from the previous week, when the show hauled 4.37 billion viewing minutes. Dahmer was also No. 1 on the Top 10 Streaming Original Programs list. Hocus Pocus was the second most streamed program and took the No. 1 spot on the Top 10 Streaming Movies list with 1.09 billion viewing minutes.
The battle continues between Prime Video’s The Lord of The Rings: The Rings of Power and HBO Max’s House of The Dragon with Rings of Power coming in third place with 988 million viewing minutes and House of the Dragon coming in fourth place with 921 million viewing minutes.
In addition to Hocus Pocus 2, Disney+ made the Nielsen streaming list with She-Hulk: Attorney at Law and Andor making the Top 10 Original Programs List. She-Hulk: Attorney at Law attracted 454 million viewing minutes and Andor with 356 million viewing minutes.
As for Hulu, The Handmaid’s Tale was the eighth most streamed program of the week with 410 million viewing minutes and 2022 updated version of Hellraiser was the eighth most streamed movie of the week with 248 million viewing minutes.
