Client Services Manager, FeedRoom

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that all
FeedRoom clients are receiving first-rate customer care in all
aspects of the client’s application, production and service
agreement. While working with other departments such as Project
Management, Technical Operations and Media Services, you will manage
client expectations, address client concerns, determine best
practices and most importantly oversee the FeedRoom — Client
relationship.

General responsibilities:

• Guarantee that all service agreements are being maintained as
efficiently as possible.

• Pro-actively identify project issues and assist in the resolution
by navigating the troubleshooting through the organization.

• Deliver product updates and best practices during scheduled
meetings with clients.

• Keep clients applications/sites functioning via content
management system.

• Work with all departments by contributing to The FeedRoom’s
day-to-day operations in regard to how it affects the client.

• Manage all aspects of clients site with internal company tools
and content management system.

Required experience:

• 1-3 years of client facing support experience.

• 1-3 years of professional internet/new media experience

• Very comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.

• Polished organization and communication skills.

• Enthusiasm regarding new media.
