JOB SUMMARY:

Provide sales support for high paced Account Executives.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Support 2 dynamic sales executives.

· Maintain a high level of customer service by communicating with
clients, executing requests and proactively responding, as
appropriate.

· Assists in the preparation of sales proposals and sales
presentations to Media Planners/Buyers in a timely manner, which may
require extensive formatting utilizing Power Point, Word or Excel.

· Provide timely tracking and account maintenance with current media
plans (i.e. perform campaign analysis, optimize media placements and
recommend strategic and tactical changes to maximize campaign
performance.)

· Work directly with internal departments to iron out campaign
issues, performance and structure.

· Respond to, maintain and enter data for third party Request for
Proposals (RFP’s).

· Prepare collateral for sales meetings and presentations.

· Assist with special projects as necessary.

COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES) REQUIRED:

· B.A. or B.S. Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
preferred.

· Working knowledge of basic media concepts, terminology, media math
and media plan execution.

· Must be proficient with Microsoft application software (i.e.,
Word, Excel, Power Point).

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple
priorities.

· Skill in organizing and prioritizing work, and following
assignments through to completion.

· Skill with data analysis and figure aptitude with a high level of
accuracy.

· Ability to work well under pressure with deadlines — strong
sense of urgency.

· Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Must be a team player!

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· 1 year supporting either a media buying, selling department or
other related media experience.
