Fox ran a trailer for the hotly anticipated return of “24” during last night’s Super Bowl, depicting an on-the-run Jack Bauer fleeing with longtime colleague Chloe from what seems like a terror attack in London.
And on the hashtag #JackIsBack, fans were buzzing about the return of the classic Fox hit across social media.

On Facebook, over 86,000 liked a post announcing Jack Bauer’s return.
Like other classic shows, “24’s” peak was before the social TV era, so it will be interesting to see the type of engagement the classic terror thriller draws as it returns during the second screen era.
