The Volunteer Florida Foundation emailed to let us know they’re holding an eBay auction for a dinner with bestselling writer Robin Cook at one of his favorite restaurants in Naples, Florida. Bidding for the event is currently just over $200 (not a bad deal for a six-course tasting menu for four!) and will continue through Sunday. Of course, given that Dr. Cook’s famous for writing books like Coma, Terminal, and Outbreak, you might want to consider how much you actually want to ask him about his work over appetizers.
