The Regan Report: It’s Still All About Judith

By Carmen

Never did a photo scan – taken from page 2 and 3 of REGAN’s Winter 2007 catalog and brought to you courtesy of Nathan Whitlock – seem so apt. And prescience seemed to be on Judith Regan’s mind on yesterday’s Sirius broadcast of her radio show: The LA Times’ Josh Getlin reports that Sirius completely bypassed Ron’s segment about the Mickey Mantle novel, although another part of the program focused on the OJ Simpson book deal debacle. “[W]hat happened to me in the last month with the Simpson thing is a story that has yet to be revealed,” she told her audience. “But there’s a lot more to the story than what people think, a lot more to the story.” Which, presumably, explains the yet-to-be-filed lawsuit, which will no doubt appear on The Smoking Gun the minute the i’s are dotted and the t’s are crossed…

Meanwhile, Regan’s denial about “Mezuza-gate”* extends to the New York Daily News, and that those same “two publishing insiders” (look folks, we know it’s the same two people all over the media, so might as well ‘fess up now) allege she regularly compared Jewish people to “rodents.” Fields, Regan’s lawyer, denied that as well.

*I’ve always spelled it as “mezuzah” but as Ron explains, it’s all in how you transliterate.
