Alison Weaver (center) consults with the photographer at last night’s party for her memoir, Gone to the Crazies, no doubt making sure he’s got her and Honor Moore‘s names right. In another corner of the Soho House lounge, Weaver’s Small Spiral Notebook editor (and HarperCollins senior online marketing manager), Felicia Sullivan, discussed what it was like going over the manuscript for her memoir, The Sky Isn’t Visible from Here, with the lawyers from Algonquin to make the book “safe” for its early 2008 release, while people kept confusing <a href="http://www.ballyhoostories.com"Ballyhoo Stories editor Joshua Mandelbaum with Josh Ferris, which I assured him was a good thing. Although Weaver felt too shy to read from her memoir at the party, she will be doing an event at the Astor Place Barnes & Noble tomorrow night.
