Guri Bigham hopes to raise $7,000 for her recipe book, The Art of Raw Food. Bigham co-wrote the book with her mother, Tone Anthony. It contains one hundred original recipes. We’ve embedded a video about the project above–what do you think?
Here’s more about the project: “The book is aimed toward families and individuals interested in a healthier and more sustainable way of life. Whether converting completely to raw food or simply preparing raw food along with other cuisine, the recipes of this book offer something for everyone. Kids love raw food and it is the perfect alternative to a healthier diet. Many recipes are inspired by common dishes and therefor are easy to serve to a variety of people.”
