New Yorker Fiction … Editors

This week, the New Yorker has a masthead, albeit not in the New Yorker. Thanks to the NY Observer‘s Tom Scocca, the New Yorker‘s curtains have been lifted, and its many midget Wizards finally revealed.

Some of you — those studious enough to have already noted the names regularly paired off with famous writers for the mag’s online Q & As — won’t find this news exciting. Others, out of the loop (like us) and generally dismissive (like us) won’t know why others find this news important. But, the way we see it, Google probably hasn’t yet been fed a proper list of the NYer’s books & fiction editors, and — despite our propensity for only quoting the facts that journalists get wrong — we try to occassionally provide readers with news aggregating services.


So, without further ado or fact-checking, here’s who you might want to consider sucking up to or, at least, avoid offending:
