The New York Public will host an exhibit called “Be Not Afraid of Greatness: Shakespeare’s Influence on American Writers.” According to the press release, this program will highlight the influence that The Bard has had on some of the world’s most renowned authors.
Some of the items on display include a First Folio, a first edition copy of Herman Melville’s Moby Dick, and a first edition copy of Mark Twain’s Huckleberry Finn. Visitors will find this exhibit on the third floor of the Stephen A. Schwarzman Building.
