Mr. Mercedes Adapted For TV

mrmercedesSonar Entertainment has signed a deal to develop Stephen King’s bestselling novel Mr. Mercedes into a television series.

Scriptwriter David E. Kelley, who penned Boston Legal and Ally McBeal, will write the script. Jack Bender, the director of Lost and Under the Dome, will direct.

“This is an amazing opportunity to adapt a script from material penned by one of the world’s most acclaimed and accomplished authors,” stated Kelley.
