mediabistro.com’s Greg Lindsay Wants His Groove Back

By Neal

greglindsay.jpgFishbowlNY contributing editor Greg Lindsay continues his monthly series of articles about the writing of his first nonfiction book with a report on his quest for a steady work routine. “I keep waiting to hit a point where the writing process will feel like an assembly line—the smooth production of polished prose—and I’m beginning to wonder if I ever will,” he sighs. Fortunately, Jeff Howe, the author of Crowdsourced, has some helpful advice. Unfortunately, for us anyway, that advice results in Lindsay’s taking a sabbatical from the column to focus on the book, “until sometime in the spring, once I have some major news (and hopefully some major insights) to report.”
