Marvel will publish a new Disney Kingdoms comic book series called The Enchanted Tiki Room. The story for this five-part mini-series was inspired by the Disney attraction.
Jon Adams served as the writer on this project. Tom Morris, Andy DiGenova, Josh Shipley, and Brian Crosby, four Disney imagineers, provided assistance for Adams.
According to the Marvel Comics website, “the story follows various characters on their journeys of mystery and adventure while on the enchanted island, through a series of vignettes, before coming together in a revealing—and climactic—ending that unmasks the alluring mystery.” Book one will be released in October 2016.
