First up, Flat World Knowledge, Inc. seeks a Director of Customer Support. Here’s a bit more about the job: “Responsible for overall relationship, satisfaction and renewal of Flat World Knowledges customer base – faculty, students and bookstores. Create a Customer Support Representative Training and Quality Assurance Program.”
In addition, Flat World Knowledge also needs a Product/Marketing Manager.
Finally, Oxford University Press is looking for an Online Editor
