National Book Award Winners for 2012

The National Book Award winners for 2012 were revealed earlier this year. You can read free samples of all the winners below to help fill your eReader or tablet.

Louise Erdrich has won the fiction award for The Round House from Harper, an imprint of HarperCollinsPublishers.

Katherine Boo has won the nonfiction award for Behind the Beautiful Forevers: Life, Death, and Hope in a Mumbai Undercity from Random House.

David Ferry won the Poetry award for Bewilderment: New Poems and Translations from University of Chicago Press.

The Young People’s Literature award went to William Alexander for Goblin Secrets, published by Margaret K. McElderry Books, an imprint of Simon & Schuster Children’s Publishing.
