jamesjoyceHappy Bloomsday, the day the literary world remembers Leopold Bloom’s fictional journey across Dublin in James Joyce‘s masterpiece Ulysses.

Joyce fans around the globe are celebrating the work of literature. In Dublin, celebrations are taking place all day long throughout the city. In New York, readers will gather at the Rensselaer County Historical Society to read Joyce from 6 to 8 p.m. In Los Angelesthe Hammer will host a reading, live music and Irish food tonight at 7:30 p.m.
