Goldstein to Take Over Twelve Publicity

Warner Twelve, the Hachette Book Group imprint helmed by Jon Karp, has just hired FSG’s assistant director of publicity, Cary Goldstein—and he’ll be taking on editorial responsibilities as part of the deal. “In addition to being the architect of our publicity strategy,” Karp says, “Cary will also be acquiring and editing at least one major work of literary fiction a year, and contributing his ideas to the publishing campaigns for each of our twelve books.” Which means he’ll probably get to help decide what to call the imprint when they can’t call it “Warner Twelve” anymore, too!
