Former publishing CEO turned powerhouse literary manager, Rob Weisbach just launched Rob Weisbach Creative Management. It is is said to revolutionize the way literary management and agencies have done business in the past by building the comprehensive career of the artist from development to promotion. He will be building a selective clientele of new writers which he expects will include writers of color.
Over his twenty-year publishing career, most recently as Miramax Books/Weinstein Books CEO, Weisbach helped launch bestsellers by authors of color such as Whoopi Goldberg, Antwone Fisher, and Chester Higgins, Jr. He is open to launching even more.
