Actress Elle Fanning has signed on to star in the All the Bright Places movie. Fanning (pictured, via) has become well-known for acting in book-based adaptations including The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and The Boxtrolls.
Deadline reports that Jennifer Niven, the founder of the teen-oriented online literary magazine Germ and author behind this book, will adapt her young adult novel for the script. Miguel Arteta, the filmmaker behind the Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day film, will serve as the director.
