Digital writing community Wattpad has partnered with DC Entertainment to create a digital profile for DC Comic fans on the site.
Through its Vertigo imprint, DC now has an official profile on the platform where the publisher will share exclusive previews, excerpts, artwork and contests. DC is the first comic book publisher to join the online community, though other publishers including romance publisher Harelquin and magazine publisher Cosmopolitan also have a presence on the site.
Comic book creators who work with Vertigo will be joining the community and each writer will have their own profile on Wattpad where they will share exclusive content. Fans can interact with these writers directly through the platform.
