This book will be the third installment of The Dinosaur Lords series. Book one, entitled The Dinosaur Lords, came out in July 2015 and book two, entitled The Dinosaur Knights, followed in July 2016.
According to Tor.com, the story takes place “in an alternate fantasy universe where dinosaurs predominate, human society has adopted certain species as beasts of burden—and of war.” The publisher has scheduled the release date for July 2017.
