According to Entertainment Weekly, the story stars “Anna who has stopped eating in a religious fast.” This 11-year-old girl is being watched by “Florence Nightingale-trained nurse, Lib, who is tasked with determining whether or not Anna is a fraud — and whether Anna is actually the victim of a murder happening in slow motion.”
