Rumor has it that First Lady candidate and beer distributor chairperson Cindy McCain is meeting with New York publishers this week. The idea, presumably, is to have a book on the shelves by the time her husband John is elected President. Neither the idea of a book by Cindy– which is probably about something vague and unassailable, like ‘America’ or ‘Children Shouldn’t Be Poor’ — or the presidency of her husband seems like a great idea to me, but whatever!
