Jonathan Burnham, president and editor in chief of Miramax Books (as well as “sexiest Talk survivor”), will be parting ways with the Weinstein brothers and joining HarperCollins as publisher of its flagship Harper imprint, today’s newspapers report.
Some key points:
-Burnham (a “dirty blond British import”) joined Miramax Books in 1999, when the imprint “became a more ambitious unit of Talk Media,” whose original partners were Miramax Films, Tina Brown and Ronald Galotti. (NY Daily News)
