Gospel singer BeBe Winans has written a book about Whitney Houston called, The Whitney I Knew, which comes out on July 31.
Winans, who was a friend of Houston for 26 years, has written a book about their friendship, which began in church. Here is the description from Amazon: “He considered her a sister, and she became a part of the Winans extended family. BeBe takes us inside the life of Whitney Houston.”
In the book, Winans who sang back ups for Houston on all of her recordings, writes, “In my heart and in my mind, I have memories of so many great, great moments; she will live in our hearts forever.”
