Barnes & Noble has a new credit card program.
The bookseller’s updated MasterCard, issued by Barclaycard, includes a newly designed card, as well as several new member benefits for readers. For instance, customers will get a $25 gift card after their first purchase, and every time the user earns 2,500 points, they’ll get another $25 gift card to the retailer.
In addition, card holders will get 5 percent back on all Barnes & Noble purchases and 2 points for every dollar spent on restaurant purchases and 1 point for every dollar spent on purchases everywhere else.
