Apple Reveals iPhone 4S

In a press conference today, Apple unveiled the iPhone 4S. While most people watching the event were expecting an iPhone 5, the new iPhone is an impressive update to the iPhone series.

The new device looks like the existing iPhone 4, but it has the A5 chip inside, which makes it run twice as fast and it displays dual core graphics. The device also has a new personal assistant feature called Siri. The voice activated feature will tell you what the weather is, look up words or Wikipedia entries for you, as well as give you directions. It runs Apple’s new iOS5 system, which will be available Oct. 12.
