Driving down the West Side Highway this morn, with the correct number of riders (4), witnessed at two seperate spots people walking on the highway.

Also, a number of Porsche boxters only had a single, or two occupants. Even Tony Soprano couldn’t can’t get two more into the trunk of those things.
