After five years, I am leaving Mediabistro and GalleyCat.
I am moving on to the True Pictures film company, where I will lead the story investigation department and build an online community. You can keep track of my writing projects or connect on my personal page.
I will always be grateful for the opportunity to work with this lovely group of readers and writers. Every single day I woke up and discovered something new. No writer can ask for anything more than that.
I am also grateful for the support Dianna Dilworth and Maryann Yin these last few years. They will continue to lead GalleyCat as I depart. You can always pitch them at the GalleyCat email address.
It is hard to choose my favorite moments. I will never forget the joy of National Novel Writing Month or online detective work about The Lost History of Fifty Shades of Grey. I still laugh every time I think about YouTube comment section fiction and will continue my private campaign to undermine the Oxford comma.
Most of all, I hope all my friends and readers stay in touch as I embark on this new journey. Thank you for five wonderful years.
Sincerely,
Jason Boog
