The script for the West End adaptation of Harry Potter and The Cursed Child comes out this weekend but it is already a bestseller.
The title is already the top pre-ordered item on Barnes & Noble since 2007, when Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows went on preorder. Amazon reported last week that the book is also its biggest pre-order this year in both print and e-book versions.
Barnes & Noble expects the new title to be its biggest seller of the year. The retailer is hosting Countdown to Midnight Magic parties on July 30 at 8pm at store across the country leading up to the midnight release of the book.
