YouTube Isn’t a Public Forum, Rules Appeals Court in Conservative Censorship Case

YouTube may have more than a billion users, but it’s not a public forum run by the government and therefore its decision to moderate content isn’t a violation of the First Amendment, an appellate court has ruled. (THR / THR, Esq.)
